Medanta Online Service Terms of Use

General:

These terms of use apply to the online store (also "service" or "online service") of Medanta Oy (also "service provider" or "Medanta").

By accepting these terms of use, you will be able to use the Medanta online service. If you do not accept the terms, you will not be able to place orders from the Medanta online service.

Medanta online service content:

The Medanta online service is a sales channel for Medanta Oy's products. Medanta makes every reasonable effort to accurately present the characteristics of its products, including material information and the colors used.

User responsibility:

The user undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement and to use the Medanta online service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information about themselves.
The user accepts the terms and conditions of the order.
The user is responsible for the consequences of unauthorized use of copyrighted material of Medanta and its partners.

Service provider's responsibility:

Medanta is responsible for all content presented on the Medanta online service (images, texts, product prices).
Medanta guarantees that all content presented on the Medanta online service complies with Finnish law.
Medanta has all rights to change, update and correct the content and/or rules of the online store without separate notice to users.
Medanta is not responsible for incorrect information about Medanta provided by external services or companies.
Medanta is responsible for all customer data it collects and its proper storage and does not disclose the information it collects to third parties.
Medanta may cancel the order or refuse the customer service if necessary. Abuse will always be reported to the authorities.

Intellectual property rights of the Medanta online service:

All images and text materials (product images, texts, videos, logos, tables) presented on Medanta's online service are the property of Medanta and/or its partners. Unauthorized use or copying of images and text materials protected by copyright is prohibited.

Finnish law applies to the resolution of disputes in the event of copyright infringement.

Use of cookies
