Medanta has developed its own materials because there were no comfortable and functional materials available for workwear. The first was Medanta Flex, which charmed users with its flexibility and comfort.
We comply with material, quality and environmental standards.
We use cotton produced according to the BCI standard system. All our production facilities are Öko-Tex certified and comply with ISO quality and environmental certificates.
Antimicrobial treatment, safer clothing
All our fabrics are treated with an antimicrobial finish. This treatment enhances the hygiene and safety of the garment in professional use.
The antimicrobial finish creates a protective surface on the fabric that inhibits the growth of microbes while helping the textile stay fresher for longer. The treatment is applied during the fabric manufacturing process.
The protection is based on silver ion technology, which is safe for both users and the environment. The antimicrobial finish is durable, does not wash out during laundering, and does not affect the garment's other performance characteristics.

Our goal is that by 2027 our fabrics will be bio-based or made from 50% recycled raw materials. Medanta aims to minimize the use of conventional cotton in Medanta's workwear materials.
