Appointment release: Karolina Eroman has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Medanta Oy

Medanta Oy has appointed Karolina Eroman as the company’s Chief Executive Officer as of 1 May 2026. The company’s Board of Directors decided on the appointment.

Karolina Eroman moves to this position from the role of Commercial Director. Her identified strengths include leadership, business development, sales, negotiations, and the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Eroman’s leadership philosophy is based on clarity, accountability, and the pursuit of measurable growth. The CEO’s role is to lead the company’s business operations in line with the guidelines set by the Board of Directors.

The aim of the appointment is to strengthen the implementation of Medanta Oy’s strategy, customer work, and the company’s long-term development. The change supports the company’s growth, service quality, and continuity of cooperation with all stakeholders.

Karolina Eroman will start in her role on 1 May 2026, and the transition will be carried out in a controlled manner in cooperation with the owners, the Board of Directors, personnel, customers, and partners. Daily operations and agreed contact persons will continue as normal in connection with the appointment.
