The delivery time for your order is typically 1–3 business days. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

Returns

You may return your products within 14 days of receiving them.

How to return an item

1. Send a return notification to: info@medanta.fi
2. Fill in the return form and send the product back to Medanta using the Posti return code you received.
3. Keep the Posti receipt and tracking number until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 days. The refund is always issued to the same payment method used for the original order.

Please note if the product has been used more than necessary to try it on, we may deduct a value reduction from the refund.

Return restrictions

Customised or personalised products, such as embroidered or made-to-measure items, cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are processed as new orders.
